Evidence Based Longevity (EBL)Check what I take

Compare by outcome

This page starts from a topic, such as sleep or blood pressure, and lists every use EBL has graded on it, whatever kind of record it sits in: supplements, protocols, devices and therapies, and prescriptions. Each row gives the use in the record’s own words and the letter for that use.

Uses under one topic are about the same area, not the same outcome. A B for sleep onset in one condition does not beat a C for sleep quality in another, so rows are listed by record name, never by letter. A letter grades the human trial evidence for one use, not the product or the record as a whole. To set two records side by side, use Compare two records.
