Challenge a grade

Every letter on this site is a statement about human randomized trials for one use. If a trial was missed, misread or has since been published, this form sends it to the editor with the record and the use it bears on.

What happens to a challenge

  1. The editor reads the trial against the written A to D definitions and the rules on the How grades work page.
  2. A letter moves only after a logged review. A change is recorded in the Evidence Log with the trial that moved it.
  3. Every challenge is listed below with its outcome, including the ones that did not change the letter, and the reason for each. There is no reply deadline.

This form is about the evidence, not about a person. It is not the place for questions about your own health, medications or doses, which EBL cannot answer.

Every challenge and its outcome

No challenges have been received yet. The form opened in October 2026. The first one will be listed here with its outcome, whether or not it changes the letter.

Each entry shows the record and use, the trial sent, the outcome and the reason. The name, email and wording of the person who sent it are not published.
