Evidence Based Longevity (EBL)
Condition-specific nutrition

Nutrition by condition, not by ingredient.

What human trials show, graded the same way as everything else on EBL, organized by the way you actually think about your health. Every graded item links to PubMed. Every page has an explicit medication-caution section.

Framing matters

These pages use the language "associated with improved markers in human studies". Never "treatment" or "cure." They bridge research and the conversation with your physician. Every page ends with "When to consult your physician."

Why this is different

Built for the conversation that actually happens.

01
Organized by condition, not ingredient

Most supplement sites are alphabetical lists of pills. People don't have "berberine". They have insulin resistance. The structure reflects how the patient experience actually works.

02
Every claim is PubMed-linked

Every intervention with a grade has at least one citation. Every citation links to PubMed. No "studies suggest" without a study you can read.

03
Cautions are explicit

Every page has a ⚠ Cautions block. Drug-nutrient depletion A fall in a nutrient's level caused by a medication, for example through reduced absorption or increased loss., dangerous interactions, and contraindications A condition or medication that makes a treatment unsafe or unsuitable for a particular person. appear before the listings. Not buried in fine print.

04
Measures, not vibes

Every condition names the markers its trials measured and how long they ran, usually 8 to 24 weeks. You and your clinician can see whether a number moved, not only whether you "feel better."
