Each one links to that paper's record on PubMed., every methodology explanation is free forever. Membership adds personalization and clinical tools for the people who want more. We'd rather charge you directly than sell your attention to advertisers.
Members pay less at checkout in EBL’s Fullscript dispensary: the margin that would ordinarily go to a practitioner goes to you. At current discount levels, roughly $80 to $100 of supplements a month saves more than the $19 monthly membership costs. On the annual plan, about $52 to $65 a month does.
Pro is a member account on this site. Signed in, members get the members’ dispensary pricing and the device discount codes. Every other currently built tool listed below stays open to everyone. Membership also preserves your founding rate.

Your membership renews automatically until you cancel. You will be charged $19.00 per month, or $149.00 every 12 months on the annual plan, to the payment method you provide, on the same day each month you signed up, or on the same date each year for the annual plan. There is no minimum term. EBL emails a reminder of these terms at least once a year, and annual members also receive a notice 15 to 45 days before each renewal.
Cancel any time online, using the pre-addressed cancellation email link here or by emailing admin@evidencebasedlongevity.co. Cancellation stops future charges as soon as EBL receives it, you keep access through the period you already paid for, and you will never be asked to phone anyone or sit through a retention pitch. You can also manage or cancel it yourself, any time, on your membership page at Stripe, which is also linked from every receipt Stripe emails you. Pro members get a full refund within 30 days of their first charge, no questions asked.

Signed in, a member gets three things today: the larger dispensary discount and the device discount codes described below, and voice intake. It also funds the work and locks your rate: $19 a month is your price for as long as you stay subscribed, permanently, whatever Pro costs later. The price is not going up tomorrow and we are not going to pretend otherwise. If that is not what you want to pay for right now, use the open tools for free. That is the point of them being open.

Some sellers of the devices EBL lists offer a discount code through their affiliate program with EBL. Those codes go to members only: a signed-in member sees the code beside the product, and everyone else sees that a member discount exists. The first is $100 off the Lourdes Hydrofix from Holy Hydrogen, the US seller its manufacturer links to.
EBL earns a commission when a code is used, the same commission it earns on that seller's link, and the product says so. A code changes no grade, and a device with a member code is listed in the same alphabetical order as every other product.
The evidence and grades are identical across all three tiers and always will be. No PMID is ever behind a paywall.

If the open tools cover what you need, keep using them free. Pro is for people who want the members’ dispensary pricing, the device discount codes, and who want to support development at the founding rate. If you are a clinician serving longevity patients, you may apply for Clinical.
Personalization is open today
Run a Stack Audit, use the Medication Reality Check and Smart Retest Guide, and print a physician discussion sheet. These currently built tools are open to everyone and do not require a Pro membership or an account.
Retest reminders are in development
Automated personalized retest reminders are not available yet and are not included in today's paid membership. The current Smart Retest Guide remains available for readers who want to review evidence-based timing themselves.
The practitioner directory is in development
The directory infrastructure exists, but no practitioner listings are published yet. It is not currently a usable referral directory, and no delivery date is promised.
No high-pressure consultations. No "limited time offers." No "experts on call" trying to upsell. Just the platform, the evidence, and your own clinical thinking.
No EBL grade, PMID, or methodology explanation sits behind a paywall. If a supplement is Grade D, that information is free. If a medication depletes B12, that warning is free. If the NNT of a statin is 104, that number is free.
The evidence is the public good. Currently built personalization tools are open as well, voice intake included. Membership adds two things today, the members’ dispensary pricing and the device discount codes, and this page states any addition before it applies.
Most longevity platforms have a hidden boss. Health blogs run on supplement-brand advertising. Personalization platforms upsell their own labs and capsules. Influencer sites earn affiliate revenue on the products they grade. None of those models leave room for grades that read "this won't work."
EBL's grades have to be writable as "D" without losing a check from anyone. Membership is the only revenue model that preserves that independence. The grades stay free because they're the public good. Membership is the optional support tier from people who want the personalization tools running and the editor independent.
Member status grants no input on grades. The editor never sees who is a member when reviewing evidence. Member emails route through a separate inbox. The editorial process and the commercial process are structurally separate.
Payments processed by Stripe. EBL never sees your card number. To cancel, email admin@evidencebasedlongevity.co or sign in to manage your membership (the same page linked from your Stripe receipt). Cancellation stops future charges when EBL receives it, with no retention call, no phone tree, no form you have to hunt for. Full details in the Terms.
Anniversary billing: your subscription renews on the date you joined, not the 1st of the month. No proration surprises.
Annual plan: switch from monthly to annual any time. Stripe prorates the unused portion as a credit. Switch back at the end of your annual term.
