The EBL Evidence Board
One board for one person. With your conditions, medications and supplements on it, the board lays out, condition by condition, every option EBL’s records list, its letter for that condition, the markers the condition’s record names beside your own latest values, and every place your medications and supplements touch an option: a documented interaction, a depletion A fall in a nutrient's level caused by a medication, for example through reduced absorption or increased loss. record, or the record’s own line about medications.
A member tool. What you enter stays in this browser; EBL never receives it.

The free Medication and Supplement Check reads any list of medications and supplements, and every condition page lists its graded options.

How it works
Where each part of the board comes from
The options under each condition are that condition’s own list on its condition page, with the same letters, copied from the database when the site was last built. An option that is not graded for the condition says so; the condition page gives the reason.
The markers are the ones the condition’s record names. Beside each, the board shows your latest value from your lab history or your personal tracking on this device, with its date.
Where your list touches an option, the board shows four things and nothing else: that the option is already on your list; each documented interaction between the option and a medication you take, with its source; each medication you take whose record lists the option’s nutrient among the nutrients it affects, linked by the same reviewed list the Medication and Supplement Check uses; and the option’s own record line about medications. A missing flag is not a clearance: it means none of those records names the pair.
The board never ranks, scores or highlights an option, and it carries no instruction about any of them. The options stay in alphabetical order. The choice belongs to you and your clinician.
Tracking an option keeps the date and your latest value of each of the condition’s markers on that date as the baseline. Every later reading you add in your lab history or personal tracking appears against it, with the change and the number of days, and beside each marker the interval the condition’s record gives for it. The physician sheet prints all of that on one page, with your medications and supplements and where they touch the option. It shows what moved, not why.
What happens to your data
Nothing you enter leaves this device. Your conditions, medications, supplements, tracked options and notes are kept in this browser’s own storage, nothing is sent to EBL or anyone else, and signing in does not copy them to your account. The board reads your lab history, your personal tracking and the list saved by the Medication and Supplement Check on this device, and never changes any of them. Clearing the board removes only the board.
