Rather talk than type?
Say your medications and supplements in your own words. EBL turns what you said into the same fields you would have typed, shows you what it heard, and changes nothing until you confirm it.
Voice intake is part of EBL Pro membership. Members sign in to use it.
The same names can be typed into the free Medication and Supplement Check.
Tap the microphone and talk normally. For example: “I take rosuvastatin ten milligrams, metformin five hundred twice a day, magnesium glycinate and fish oil.”
This browser has no speech recognition, so the microphone is not shown. Firefox is the usual reason. Type into the box below and everything else on this page works the same way.
Anything EBL has no entry for is kept and labeled as such rather than dropped. An entry that does not exist is information too.
- ○Your speech is turned into text by your browser's own speech service. On Chrome that service is Google's and on Safari it is Apple's, so the audio leaves your device on the way to them. EBL never receives the audio and never stores it.
- ○No recording, transcript or extracted field is sent to an EBL server. The matching on this page runs in your browser against EBL's published entries.
- ○What you confirm is saved on this device only, so the tools you send it to can read it. Clearing your browser data removes it. No account, no sign-in.
- ○EBL reads only the words. It does not analyze pitch, tone, pauses or any other acoustic property of your voice, and it draws no conclusion about your health from how you sound.
