Evidence Based Longevity (EBL)
EBL Clinical · Founding 25

Apply for one of 25 founding
practitioner spots.

EBL Clinical's founding cohort is limited to 25 vetted, credentialed practitioners, released in small groups rather than all at once. Accepted members receive 180 days of full platform access at no cost. A card goes on file at acceptance and nothing is charged during those 180 days. On day 181 the membership converts to a paid monthly subscription at $99 per month if you meet the participation conditions below, or $199 per month if you do not, until you cancel. The seat can be cancelled at any point before it. Full platform access means unlimited self-generated reports and audits. EBL-reviewed audits, in which EBL independently verifies every citation, dose and population by hand, are a separate service. They are quoted individually and are not included in any tier. Every applicant is verified (license, NPI, training, and editorial alignment) before acceptance.

What a founding seat gives and what it asks

Two separate things, and only one of them is conditional.

The 180 days are unconditional. They begin on the date your card goes on file and end at the end of day 180, and they are yours whether or not anything else happens. Nothing is charged during that period.

The $99 rate for life is earned. It asks for one 30-minute call in your first two weeks and two short written replies during the six months. The first asks what you looked for on EBL and did not find. The second asks you to read one graded entry in your own specialty and say whether you would defend that grade to a colleague. Founding members who take part keep $99 for as long as they stay. Anyone who does not moves to the standard $199 per month starting with the first charge on day 181, or cancels before then and pays nothing.

Seats are limited and inactive ones are reassigned. If we have not heard from you by day 45 we will ask whether you still want the seat. If the answer is no, or nothing, it goes to the next practitioner in line and you keep the access you have used. EBL then cancels your subscription before any charge, so you are never charged for a reassigned seat.

The 30-day money-back window does not apply to a founding seat, and that is deliberate: you get six months at no cost in its place, and during it there is nothing to refund because nothing has been charged. Your evaluation period is the six months, and it comes first. You can cancel at any point in it and pay nothing at all. EBL will email you between 3 and 21 days before your free period ends. That email states the date and amount of the first charge ($99 or $199 per month), that the membership renews monthly until you cancel, and how to cancel online. Practitioners who join later at $199 do get 30 days from their first charge, because they pay before they have used it.
