Where we are, honestly
EBL is founder-led and pre-launch. We are small on purpose right now, and we would rather bring on the right person at the right moment than fill a seat to look bigger than we are. So this is not a wall of open roles. It is an open door. Some of the best people arrive before there is a job posting for them.

You can tell a subgroup finding from a primary endpoint The one outcome a trial names in advance as its main test. Results on other outcomes carry less weight., you respect an effect size How large a difference the treatment made, as distinct from whether the difference could be detected at all., and you write clearly enough that a patient and a physician both understand you.
You would rather ship a tool that tells the truth than one that maximizes time on page. Front end, data, or both.
You practice evidence-first longevity medicine and want patients to find you through a platform that grades honestly.
