What the records hold,
against what you take.
109 supplements. 47 device products. 59 protocols. 55 medications. Seven questions, about two minutes, and your report stays on your device. Every letter in it shows its trials, or shows there are none.

Inside the check.
Seven questions. Every finding states what the record holds and what that claim rests on, including where that is not a trial.
What this check is. This check is educational. It shows what EBL’s published evidence records say about the medications, supplements, measures, and conditions you enter. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and it does not tell you what to take, stop, or change. It may miss interactions, including for anything EBL has no record of. Any action arising from your report is one to discuss with your clinician first. In an emergency, call 911.
Voice note. When you press Speak, your browser converts your speech to text. Some browsers send the audio to the browser maker’s servers to do that. EBL does not receive the audio or the text.
The EBL priority framework
The Longevity Priority Pyramid.
The tiers are ordered by where the human evidence is strongest: effect size How large a difference the treatment made, as distinct from whether the difference could be detected at all., evidence quality, safety, and breadth of benefit. Cost plays no part in a grade or a tier.

Ordering is grade, then endpoint The outcome a trial measures to decide whether the treatment worked, such as heart attacks, blood pressure or a symptom score. type, then record id. There is no score. A composite from 0 to 99 was retired in September 2026: it was hand-typed onto 65 records and could not be derived from its own inputs.
