The evidence your patients can read,
from the clinical side of the table.
Readers can check their supplements and medications against the evidence before a visit, and they still need a clinician for interpretation and individualized care. EBL Clinical gives you the same clinical-grade tools they used, from the clinical side: PMID-cited reports, supplement stack audits, medication depletion A fall in a nutrient's level caused by a medication, for example through reduced absorption or increased loss. checks, and a Physician Discussion Sheet for the medication conversations you lead. Built for functional medicine, anti-aging, and longevity practitioners.
The practitioner tier lets you use the same system, from the clinical side of the table.
How it fits a visit.
Illustrative, not a case record. Built from the same three records as the sample report on the homepage: a patient on metformin who also takes vitamin D3 and vitamin E.
- 1Audit firstThe check reads metformin, vitamin D3 and vitamin E together. Metformin's record lists what it can lower: vitamin B12, folate and CoQ10.
- 2The nutrition foundationThe nutrition page states the dietary base the trials assumed was already in place.
- 3BaselineThe markers come from the records the answers reached. For the B12 depletion, metformin's record names serum B12 and homocysteine An amino acid in the blood that rises when vitamin B12, folate or B6 are low. as the tests commonly used.
- 4What is gradedVitamin D3 with calcium held up for fracture prevention in older adults in residential care; it did not in the large community trials. Vitamin E was tested at scale for cancer prevention and showed no benefit, with harm in one trial. Each record shows its letter, the dose studied and the PMIDs.
- 5RetestThe same markers, read again on the interval each record states. A second reading shows what changed; it cannot by itself show why.
- 6Print the Physician Discussion SheetOne printed page: what was found, what each letter rests on, the cautions and the citations. The care decision is made in the consultation, not by EBL.
Generate PMID-cited Physician Discussion Sheets for any patient, one page of summary plus its references. Medication list + NNT context + supplement stack with grades + biomarker trajectory + targeted retest plan. Formatted for a 15-minute visit. Unlimited patients, unlimited reports, all self-generated.
Enter any patient's supplement stack. Grade each one A-D. Flag pathway redundancies (NAD+ Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, a molecule cells use in energy metabolism. Its level falls with age in some tissues., inflammation, antioxidant, senolytic A compound intended to clear senescent cells: older cells that have stopped dividing but remain in tissue.). Detect absorption conflicts. Identify medication-driven gaps. Output the whole stack sorted by evidence grade. Run this in the first 5 minutes of a consult; the clinical judgment stays yours.
109 supplements graded A-D with 1850+ PMIDs. 55 medications with 136 nutrient depletions mapped. NNT data for 11 drug classes. NNH data for 11 drug classes. 47 device products. 59 protocols across 7 systems. Longevity Lab Panel of 38 biomarkers, 28 evidence-informed reference thresholds across 7 systems, each labeled by the kind of evidence behind it. All PMID-cited. All searchable.
Enter any patient's medication list. See depletions, NNT context, and what EBL grades for each depleted nutrient, all in one view. The Medication and Lab Monitor tracks biomarker trajectories across retest intervals. When labs change, generate the Physician Discussion Sheet for the review you lead. The tool monitors and informs. You make the clinical decision.
The full panel is not reordered at 12 weeks. The Retest Guide maps each patient's interventions to the specific biomarkers they target and outputs a short targeted panel, so a retest does not mean reordering the full panel.
Run Medication and Supplement Check with a patient during intake. In two minutes you have what EBL's records hold on their medications, their supplements and their conditions, each finding stating what the record holds and what it rests on. Use it to structure the visit and to see what the evidence does and does not cover
Not built yet, and not included in any tier. A directory cannot list practitioners before there are practitioners to list, so this ships after the founding cohort is seated. When it does: searchable by patients looking for longevity-literate clinicians who understand biomarkers, medication reviews, and evidence-graded interventions. Patients who use EBL are the most informed, most motivated patients you'll ever see. They arrive prepared.
Graded items from the Stack Audit link directly to Fullscript, where you dispense under your own license. If you already use Fullscript in your practice, EBL becomes the evidence layer underneath it: the grades and citations sit in front of you, and every decision about a given patient remains yours.
Everything listed above is self-generated and unlimited. You enter the patient, the platform produces the output, and the clinical judgment stays yours.
An EBL-reviewed audit is a separate service and is not included in the monthly rate. In a reviewed audit, EBL independently verifies every citation against PubMed, checks each dose and population against the trial that generated the grade, and confirms the direction of each reported result before the report is issued. Reviewed audits are quoted individually and are not included in any tier.
The first 25 practitioners get 180 days of full platform access at no cost. A card goes on file at acceptance, nothing is charged for 180 days, and from day 181 the charge is $99/month if the participation conditions are met, or $199/month if not, until you cancel. All subsequent practitioners join at $199/month.
The 180 days are unconditional. The $99 rate for life is earned: one 30-minute call in your first two weeks and two short written replies during the 180 days. Without that, the seat moves to the standard $199 per month starting with the first charge on day 181, or you cancel before then and pay nothing.
Seats are released in small groups and inactive seats are reassigned. Cancel at any point in the 180 days and pay nothing. There is no refund window after the first charge, because the 180 days are the evaluation period.
Every application is reviewed personally. Credential verification required. Applications open.
EBL does not compete with you for your patients. Referral routing in development
Where this stands today. EBL educates consumers and routes them through self-directed tools, and readers do reach the edge of what general guidance can answer. What does not exist yet is the mechanism that sends a specific reader to a specific clinician: that is the practitioner directory, which cannot be built before the founding cohort is seated. No referral routing is included in any tier today and no delivery date is promised.
Most consumer longevity sites compete with you for the same audience. EBL does the opposite, we educate consumers on the evidence, route them through our self-directed tools, and when they reach the edge of what general guidance can do, we send them to a real practitioner. That practitioner is you.
The patients who reach you have already run the medication audit and the Stack Audit, completed their lab panel, and understood the EBL evidence framework. They arrive informed, motivated, and ready to pay for individualized care.
The Stack Audit shows a patient, in about five minutes, which of their supplements carry an A or B and which carry a C or D, with the trials behind each letter. The clinical conversation that follows is yours.
