These projections are modeled from published effect sizes in clinical populations. Individual results vary significantly based on genetics, baseline health, adherence quality, and measurement methodology. Biological age testing via epigenetic clocks is the only way to verify actual change.

Projections are modeled estimates based on published clinical data. They do not predict individual outcomes. Biological age testing is required to measure actual change. Effect sizes are derived from: CALERIE trial (Redman et al. 2018), DunedinPACE validation data, Nature Communications 2025 ProLon FMD study, VITAL trial ancillary analyses, and related epigenetic clock research.

Track your actual progress. Epigenetic clock testing every 3–6 months is the only way to measure real biological age change. Evidence Protocol includes a testing roadmap.
